The CR2C2 Student Leadership Council (SLC) at North Carolina A&T State University proudly collaborated with the university's ITE Student Chapter to host an engaging speaker event featuring transportation professionals Tranell Guthrie and Aishwarya Sharma from Kittelson & Associates on Thursday, September 18th. This partnership brought together students and industry experts to explore cutting-edge topics in multimodal planning, transportation analytics, and safety-focused design solutions. 

The speakers shared invaluable insights into their career journeys, discussed real-world projects they have contributed to, and offered practical advice on essential skills and career preparation for aspiring transportation professionals. The event drew an impressive turnout, with students actively engaging in discussions about resiliency planning, signal systems, and complete streets design. 

We extend our gratitude to Assistant Professor Venktesh Pandey, faculty advisor and lead of the ITE Student Chapter, for his instrumental role in coordinating this successful collaboration, and to the ITE student members for their enthusiasm and participation.
