The CR2C2 Student Leadership Council (SLC) is composed of undergraduate and graduate students from each member institution. Serving as a platform for engagement across universities affiliated with the Regional University Transportation Center (UTC), the SLC is dedicated to fostering collaboration, professional growth, and advocacy in transportation.
