SLC Leadership Training Workshop

The CR2C2 SLC Leadership Training Workshop develops leadership, management, and communication skills through interactive sessions with expert speakers and hands-on activities. The workshop prepares students to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and solve real-world transportation challenges. We acknowledge the support of the ITE Student Chapters at North Carolina A&T State University and the University of Alabama for helping expand our reach and providing hospitality.

What to Expect

Each session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, followed by a group discussion + Q&A.

You’ll gain skills in:

Leadership & professional communication
Strategic decision-making and real-world judgment
Innovation thinking grounded in data and deployment
