The Transportation research center at Florida Atlantic University co-sponsored and co-hosted a WTS Membership Appreciation Event with the WTS FAU Student Chapter on November 14, 2025. The event connected academia and students from South Florida with FDOT professionals, and industry participants, providing insights into real-time transportation operations and emerging technologies such as drone-based data collection, while supporting student engagement and workforce development.
